Please contact your insurance carrier and have them send us a current certificate of insurance. We must have a current certificate of insurance on file at all times. Coverage must include:

Comprehensive General Liability Insurance in amounts not less than a combined single limit of $1,000,000 (or such other amounts as the Landlord may from time to time reasonably require). Policy must include coverage for Tenant, Landlord and Landlord’s agent against all liability for injury or death of a person or persons or damage to property arising from the use and occupancy of the premises.

Casualty insurance insuring Tenant against loss or damage to its equipment and other personal property in the premises by fire and all other casualties usually covered under an “all risk” policy of casualty insurance.

Healthpeak must be listed on the certificate as additional insured.
