Arlington Pavilion I is located at 515 W. Mayfield Rd., Arlington TX 76014. The building is attached to MCA Hospital (opens in new window) in Arlington, on the corner of Matlock and Mayfield Rd., just off the I20 Freeway in South Arlington.

The hospital which was originally opened in August of 1976 as Arlington Community Hospital in a rural part of town, has developed into a 326-bed full-service hospital located in the heart of the growing south Arlington area.
